(Agent Name),
You told me in our meeting that you are planning to stick with Farmers as an agent and get back on track with your results. However, since our meeting to discuss your Subsidy and Advance Stop, you have produced 0 home, 0 life and 1 auto. Additionally, you haven’t written a new home policy since June 23rd, no new life since April 20th and only 3 autos thus far in the month of July.
(Agent Name) , I am beside myself and don’t understand what is really going on in your agency. While you tell me that you are back on board with focusing on being an agent with Farmers, you do not show it in your actions and/or results.
Therefore, I need you to make a decision about your future and choose one of the following by this Monday, July 24, 2006.
1-Fully jump onboard with Farmers and attend all Monday morning training meetings, District Meetings, FFS training, Produce a minimum of 25 P & C new business per month, write 5 life policies by the end of July and issue at least 5 by end of August to get back on subsidy, have a positive attitude and become a productive agent going forward.
or
2- Turn in your letter of resignation as a Farmers Agent effective July 31st, 2006.
(Agent Name), obviously I want you to choose option 1. However, I cannot have you as a member of our team with you continuing down the same path you have traveled over the past few months. Pleas call me on Monday to let me know of your decision.
Sincerely,
(Your loving and caring district manager!)
