Farmers District Managers - Do you have a concience?

Cant you see what you've been doing to us? Has Farmers brainwashed you into thinking its really our fault when we fail? The program is designed for us to fail and you know it is. Stop what you're doing and think about it. You are destroying families and financially ruining innocent people.

If your program is legitimate why do you:

Intentionally Hire agents with no prior insurance experience?
Encourage agents of your district to spend their life savings on a flawed program?
Lie to them about making $40-100k a year when you know it isnt true!
Not tell Agents more about how you will force them to sell an inferior and harder to sell life product than other companies offer?

We realize that not all Farmers District Managers are evil, but we know that many, if not most of them are. We know the worst of you will never come forward, in fact we know that even you wont come forward in any capacity and validate the truths which we already know.

What you need to know is, word is spreading and shame on you if you are promoting the predatory practice of mass hiring agents to purposely fail.

Farmers Reserve Agent Program - The first three months of being an Agent with Farmers. 4 in 10 agents will make it through this reserve agent program. The remainder might be recycled into existing agencies as an agency producer or go on with their merry lives without Farmers Insurance. (more)

Farmers Career Agent Program - Career Agent Program starts after graduation from the Reserve Agent Program. This program is for reserve agents whom have passed the requirements to graduate from the 3 month reserve agent program to the 24 month Career agent program. Generally these requirements are to write 40 some odd property and casualty insurance policies and at least 4 life insurance policies. When entering the career agent program, agents must also meet and pass Series 6 and 63 requirements and be licensed for variable contracts and annuities. (more)
