Submission: Get it right, so many things in your readings are pure BullS&*%...Farmers Dashboard is just like any other websites for agents, if the internet goes down or their server goes down no one can quote. Moderator: Sure, that could be true, however this site is for Farmers Insurance Agents and Employees and not for State Farm and Allstate information. Seeing as you or anyone else that has submitted an article to this site have no knowledge of their systems nor does it even apply in this case, the point is moot. As an agent of many other non-captive companies working with systems of many other carriers, I can say that the Farmers Dashboard still does not stack up to any system I have seen yet. I found it cumbersome to work with and went offline more often than any company I have worked with since. As an independent agent, it is also still possible to quote and manage policies using other software and local systems even when they are offline. Its an impossibility to be 10000% wrong. Its just like using more than one "!" at the end of a sentence. Its a superfluous entry.
Submission: First if you dont realize or need help on finding that farmers is #1 in the state of california cause, "I have seen no evidence of that!" Then get off your ass and do some research, go to craines lists or the business journal morans!!!
Moderator: Farmers is not #1, not in California nor anywhere else. They are at best #3. We have several articles supporting this. Start with this one. You of course failed to refute any of the arguments on why Farmers is #3 in written premium in California but has more insurance agents than the #2 and #1 companies combined.
Submission: Look if you can't sell policies and fail cause you are a 9-5 Ahole like 98% of the world then I admit Farmers is not for you!!! It is a business opportunity, not a job! Treat it like a job and you fail, dont get off the couch and expect every person to jump at you to quote them...
Moderator: Personally, I had many awards for sales numbers. So did many other agents who post to this site. Failure in some cases were due to lack of meeting sales quotas, but in other cases it was due to lack of prior knowledge that we were being manipulated and lied to about the Agent Program by our DM's.
Submission: second Farmers agents that are ACTAUL AGENTS, no people who have time to sit here on Farmers bashing websites and complain...make a lot of money!!! Yes they will terminate you if you dont make their quotas!!! In their career program it is 45 life policies in 2 years. If you cant do that you shouldnt be in insurance at all. New York life wants 45 a month, come on people!

You have none and those are, from what I've seen, very common qualities in Farmers DM's. If you're an agent thats talking about AP's, we've never said anything about those as of yet) You obviously havent done any research into this Farmers Bashing thing, you obviously are a pathetic employee who cant let go that we didnt want you so you attempt to collaberate a website designed to lure crappy employees into slandering a prestigious company!!! Moderator: The point of this website is to inform people who are looking to become a Farmers Agent or currently are one of what the rest of us agents have been through. Good and Bad. What you should do is argue your point from the view of how great you are succeeding as a Farmers Agent or whatever you are. Support your claim with facts, omit your name and show us printouts of your Folio if things are so great. For us, the working and the lazy, not very much went well regardless if we tried hard at it or not. You've also missed the main selling point of being a Farmers Agent, that you are supposed to be a "small business owner" and not an employee so you cant refer to it as being employed or having a job.
